That our rights and liberties cannot be taken away or demolished by oppression or persecution but remains everlasting, because the Constitution only reiterates what is inside of us already. It remains ever changing but always sturdy, and never faulting, in a world of mistakes and weakness it is a beacon of strength to all who know it.
