…optimum population is what we are trying to achieve, however highly impossible because the world is becoming overpopulated because there are no laws or rules being applied. If we are not careful the generations to come will be living a low quality of life thanks to us. Getting back to the original question "should world population be controlled?" yes I do think so because shortly we will be feeling the effects of our own negligence.
