I believe all third parties that wish to run a candidate in any general election should have to prove that there is a reasonable expectation of victory. In this way the voters will cannot be undermined. Finally I think with new campaign rules the role of the spoiler can be eliminated permanently. I believe this will bring equality and fairness to all elections.
