…and had to stay to a strict deadline. Another key area of improvement, if we were to repeat the experiment, would be to try and remove the inaccuracies of weighing the potato. We couldn't be totally accurate in weighing the potato as there was excess water, which could have affected its proper mass, when taking it out of the solution. Next time it may be more appropriate to dry off any excess water before weighing.
