has forced colleges to find other ways to encourage these students to continue applying themselves, in order to better prepare for eventual entrance into the workplace. It is so unfortunate in my eyes that a person can still be stereotyped based on appearance. I feel that racial discrimination is really just a blatant display of ignorance, and no tolerance should be acceptable, especially in countries promoting freedom and diversity as loudly as the United States.
