Also Hitler could invade Poland without signing treaty with Russia because anyway attacking Poland was Hitler's original plan to gain Lebensraum. But if he couldn't get Czechoslovakia, he would have lost his confident and not tried to attack Poland. So, I think that the Invasion of Czechoslovakia was bigger cause of WWII.
