I'm just old fashioned. There is a slim possibility that it was somehow the plant's fault but I doubt it, because that was a big error for a little plant and that group fully admitted that they did not do what they were supposed to. There might have also been some problems when people were copying down the results for the class. There was a little confusion as to what was supposed to be written
