I.C.U.
The I.C.U. (intensive care unit); one of the most nerve wrecking places you could ever encounter. The constant beeping, buzzing, and pumping sound monitoring precious live. The sounds of respirators pumping oxygen for the incapable. The constant flickering lights monitoring everything from blood pressure to heart rate. Just a total nerve wrecking, heart pounding, angina inducing environment. When one enters the I.C.U. one should be prepared for anything.

It's almost routine though in the I.C.U., the nurses just clean the bed off, disinfect the room, and fix the bed with new white sheets just waiting for another person to die. Another person hooked up to every tube and cable possible, holding on to life, and hoping for a miracle
