Introduction:
Going to the museum is one of my favorite things to do. I just acquired this hobby last year, when I took my first art class. Since then, I have been to many museums in Baltimore, New York and the DC area, however, the Walters Museum is by far my favorite. I looked forward to going again, and reacquainting myself with my favorite art pieces, as well as doing the assignment.

not savor the Eternal Egypt collection as much as I had hoped to, I was able to understand more symbols, customs and myths surrounding each piece, and could identify some of the key players. As a direct result of everything I have learned so far in this class, I have realized that more understanding and knowledge has been given to me. I enjoyed drawing parallels between similar works of art in different civilizations and timeframes.
