Fargo implement a system that motivates individuals by rewarding them for years of service within the organization. If Wells Fargo recognizes that it is its employees who have built relationships with individuals within the community that has created its success. Then it must recognize that if an employee is unfairly expected to reach unattainable goals it can be expected the community will grow tired and untrusting of a company that rotates through so many employees.
