…no one could do such a good job of being chief executive as they did. The presidents that I ranked on the bottom weren't necessarily bad people. They just were unfit to be presidents seeing that the task was way too difficult for them. But even these "bad presidents" have set examples for future presidents by showing to the world what types of governmental policies do not work so they will not be practiced again.
