Swing Kids is a feature film that covers the early years of Hitler coming to power between 1933 and 1939. Swing Kids, on its own doesn't give the viewer great insight into the Nazi regime. Through being able to have knowledge on the political climate of the time the urination on posters, essential suicide of the man trying to escape from arrest and the relationship between the two friends has helped me understand the 1930's in Germany.
