…there is always room for change and if something was working before, but it no longer seems to be working for them, then we are open to change it if enough people feel the same way. Nothing is set in stone and we are definitely an organization that would be obsolete without being able to deliver excellent customer service. I believe that this was a good example of me using the four functions of management. .
