When I finished reading this story I felt a lot of hatred towards the brother because nobody leaves their sibling behind even if your mad a them because family is everything. Writing this essay though, made me think. I came to the conclusion that it is not always easy to accept somebody who is different and that is why I truly believe that the theme of this short story is ACCEPTANCE.
