good the fundamental issues were that key members were too self-centred and therefore had their own interests in mind rather than the world's. The League was based on good will which was something it lacked to a dreadful extent and the lack of active and firm sanctions allowed aggressors to get away with anything. In conclusion I agree with the statement, as these are all equally important reasons for the outbreak of the war in 1939.
