France to get a loan from Britain or America, France's military allies and keep everyone happy in some sense. It's not as if Germany even had the strength to continue that war. There is, again, nothing to gain from beating someone when there down unless you want more trouble in the future. France should have seen that and made changes accordingly, but they didn't. So I side with Woodrow Wilson and his 14 point peace plan.
