I do not believe that the death of Moose Madden was murder. There is no evidence to support the charge. There is though, enough circumstantial evidence. Moose Madden was known to pick on Cecil. (pg 8) It was also mentioned that if Moose didn't leave Cecil alone that one of the men was going to have to cripple him. (pg 8) I believe this case would be dismissed in a court of law for lack of concrete evidence.
