…for the time without any special effects involved. Some parts in the film seemed to come across farfetched, but otherwise it was an extremely moving movie based in outback Australia. This movie is great for the year which it was made in. It tells the story of The Man From Snowy River just as Banjo Patterson would have wanted it to be. Overall, it is a movie to see, and I would rate it 4 stars.
