Task force (or in another words a task group) is a temporary organization which is formed to work on a single defined activity or task. Members of the team thought carefully about how to communicate so as to influence people and to learn from them without jeopardizing the team's independence. When we look at the whole three task forces that we have mentioned we can say that the most effective one is The Bankers.
