…to race and got in trouble when we were younger and these are potential answers to this predicament. We need to do everything we can to get the kids to a safer place to where the community is safer and the kids themselves are out of harm's way. To where they can have the fun they are wanting, free up our police department a little more and help everyone concerned feel somewhat more at ease.
