Because more counter-stereotypical views are being seen today people are also reflecting it in their behavior. For example; more women and men are choosing careers that are counter-stereotypical to their sex. Hopefully Counter-stereotypical shows may encourage a change in the way people portray groups in a negative and stereotypic way.
