…this problem is solved. In reality this feud will never end between the smoker and the non-smoker because of their conflicting views and beliefs. If a person chooses to risk their life and smoke they should be allowed to smoke outdoors as long as they respect their surroundings. Inside there should be separate ventilated areas for them if they choose to smoke. However, their should be consequences if they are taking breaks on the job.
