Scientific management is about more efficiency than the old method. Taylor states that if the procedure of scientific management is done correctly four events will occur. First, workers and management will be happier and become increasingly efficient. Second, efficiently will increase production and cause industry to have an upper hand than the competitors. Third, profits will fill the pockets of management and the workforce. Fourth and finally, the economy becomes stables and unemployment rate decreases.
