…practical experiment. I feel that I could have improved my study by making the wires literally thicker instead of wrapping two wires together. As shown by the picture above, wrapping one wire around another does not actually make the wire thicker, it only makes the current have a choice of what wire to go through, but it is not as effective as a proper thick wire as demonstrated on the right in the diagram above.
