PERSONAL OPINION: The topic of this article is related to the book according to chapter four under "The study of sleep" (p.141-156). I think this article was very interesting in uncovering another side of sleep disorders and the use of melatonin to suppress them. This article was clear with the exception of a few words that were too big for me to understand.
