Under these circumstances, full restoration will be realized as there will be law-abiding living occurring in the promised land under a king descended from the line of David in a covenant of eternal peace. While most Christians understand the passage of the dry bones prophesy in a metaphorical sense, the passage does have some political merit today when one thinks about Israel's claim to Palestine.
