…it is ridiculous. Couples do not need a prenuptial agreement to classify the level of trust within a marriage. The trust between two people should be already established between themselves before the marriage process. One should not be made to feel untrustworthy by a spouse who has no faith in the marriage or the spouse. Prenuptial agreements defy the whole purpose of marriage and should not be applied to any part of the engagement affairs.
