I feel that some individuals purposely abuse the program in efforts to make it fail. For those who oppose it, failure of this program would mean more job opportunities for them. It is terrible that individuals would resort to sabotage for selfish reasons. I suppose that is what my father knew, and tried to warn me. The plan is meant to create clarity and fairness for everyone and I think that prejudices blur the vision.
