…qualities and behave in certain ways. Qualities I think important for teachers are for them to act as though they want to teach, not because they have to. They also have to enjoy working with children, and to understand them. Teachers should also encourage the children to learn, and to make them actually want to be in school and have fun learning, not making the children feel as though they're being forced to attend school.
