Macbeth
Macbeth, who is hailed by the three witches as the ancestor of kings. Macbeth is an intelligent spiritual likeness of a villain-hero who feels his own guilt greatly, but eventually loses all moral sensitivity. Lady Macbeth, who forces Macbeth into murdering King Duncan, commits suicide under the stress of the guilty madness depicted in her sleepwalking scene.
