…NCAA set up a program that banned certain drugs to keep play fair for everyone, the right to drug test should be allowed in order to keep the team eligible to participate. If the sprinter in the introduction would not have taken any drugs the outcome of the race would have been completely different and there would have been a legitimate winner. That seems like the way it should be... athletics that are drug free.
