WIlkinsen states that bigger proportions of food have caused Americans to be unhealthy. I completely agree and believe that our economy and culture have influenced us to be obsessed with size. When having the choice between a small sized proportion and a large sized proportion is available, a person will most likely pick the larger sized proportions. Because Americans are consuming so much food, it has caused us to become obese and have poor health.
