censorship definitely is justifiable. When society has reached a level when it is enlightened enough not to be affected by the media, then perhaps all forms of censorship will become unnecessary. However, I doubt that time will come as people, being human, are naturally petty and biased. Until then, though, it is a protection measure, just like protection measures against crime, to look after the welfare of a country, with special reference to young minds.
