Judging from three factors involved we can clearly tell that each factor intertwine with the other two factor like a trinity as in if one factor was missing from this trinity then the result would be that the other two factors would have a different results on the tragedy. So from this we can deduce that all factors are dependant upon each other for responsibility of the tragedy.
