However it is impossible for humans to know nothing about the world we live in. there are some things individuals do know, Mathematics for example. However I believe it is strictly limited and without sufficient evidence to prove it's knowledge, it would be considered as a belief. Understanding, believing, and proving a belief and individual holds distinguishes a belief from knowledge.
