…the real reason behind the removal of Aboriginal children was because of the racist white society, and the "White Australia" policy. But, either way, the results for the Stolen Generation were just as traumatic and emotionally scarring. As well as the experiences the parents were put through, losing their child, many, never to see them again. So, whether the motivation behind this Government policy was a noble one or not, the results are the same.
