…Lizzy shred their own Pride and Prejudice and this with the engagement of Lizzy and Darcy shows a happy ending for the both of them. Also it seems that Mr Darcy has left all his arrogance and bad points behind and that he has fixed all his wrong, as Mr Bingley and Jane do become engaged too. Austen creates this "happy" ending so we acknowledge that once Pride and Prejudice are abolished happiness is possible.
