Considering that the 1st Amendment of the Constitution guarantees freedom of speech, my question is can the government regulate so called hate speeches, or seek to address the harm it causes? The freedom of speech becomes a subject to reasonable time, manner, and place regulations, as long as these regulations do not inflict harm on society. I agree with the court ruling. You have to look at the circumstances even though the 1st amendment is straight forward.
