shown act 1 scenes 4 and 5, are probably the most dramatic scenes in the whole play. The ghost I think played a big part for it being so dramatic. There is a lot of suspense in the play making it more exiting. So the main reasons it is dramatic is because it is full of excitement it includes, murder, revenge, ghosts, suspense and of course the characters. So are those scenes the most dramatic? I believe so.
