He listened in the silence the confession and, as he whispered the words of forgiveness, the Linkworth's voice faded away. My opinion: I think that the book is brilliant because I LOVE to read that kind of literature (about ghosts, mysteryes, unsolved crimes). I especially loved ''Smee'' because the story really gave me creeps!
