In today's rapidly changing competitive world, the human element of management is becoming more significant. Management is a function, a discipline, and constant action to be completed. Managers are the professionals who practice this discipline, carry out the functions, and provide these tasks. There are four foundations to the long road of management success; planning, organization, leading, and controlling. These four keys are essential to produce a dynamic business and management team.
