…more drunk. I think people who are found driving intoxicated should receive a fine and the chance to either watch the "shattered dreams" and have the fine lowered or to pay the fine in full. In conclusion I think that 3 way's to cut down drunk driving is to increase the penalty, put breathalyzer testers in bars, and encourage for other drivers who have had no drinks what so ever to drive those who are intoxicated.
