do not believe in adopting a written constitution I believe in somehow decreasing the centralised power in Britain so that the opposition parties have more power to prevent bills turning into laws. At present the constitution can be modified and added to relatively easily, and the Lords can only delay a bill for up to six months so there needs to be some sort of restraint introduced to prevent possible radical leaders passing radical acts.
