in the right state of mind, through DNA testing and premeditated factors, to sentence someone to death. Although I do agree with some aspects of the death penalty, I also disagree with some. There has to be some degree of compromise that the government could come up with to make capital punishment more constitutional then they claim it is, but only time will tell if something is ever done to improve this extremely controversial issue.
