I am aconsultant specializing in the building construction industry. In this report I will make ashort overview of the buiding construction industry, explain some changes in the new legislation and make some recommendations as to the improvement of employment relations.
I see that the construction industry is undergoing an unprecedented programme of change which will continue over the next 20 years, driven by environmental regulations, customer requirements, changing markets, economic factors, changing legislation and technological innovation.
