I believe that the preponderance of evidence is quite strong against the Church. With this said, I believe that if we were to embark upon this case, we should structure our arguments in a manner that portrays our client, the church, as an organization that lacked any malicious intent either to confuse, or to deceive consumers as to their affiliation. And in doing so, hopefully the courts will rule all, or somewhat in our favor.
