Commitment to ethical professional conduct is expected of every employee, partner, supplier, and subcontractor of the 5 Starz Corporation.

Evaluation and Review Committee will use clear, concise, measurable methods to evaluate the Code's effectiveness. These methods may include surveys and questionnaires, consumer reports, and employee observations and comments. The Committee shall convene no less than quarterly for review and evaluation purposes. 6.3 Changes to the Code and/or Guidelines are subject to review and discussion as outlined in Section 5 (5.1) The effectiveness of the Code and Guidelines will be further enhanced through participant input and agreement.
