The Catcher in the Rye by J.D. Salinger is an adventure through the mind of an angry, disturbed and confused teenager named Holden Caulfield. After getting expelled from Pencey, Holden takes a journey to New York City. Holden had bought a red hunting hat before his journey. Holden is also very fascinated with museums.
