…of this book by far is the excellent commentary. Without it, the book would be nearly impossible for the average person to understand. It thoroughly explains each of Sun Tzu's statements with a short, easy to read annotation. The commentary is what makes the book worthwhile to read. Sun Tzu's The Art of War is not a must-read book, but it should be a worth while read for those of slightly higher than average intelligence.
