While he was there he also wrote and sold books about the control over human emotions. In 1920 he published his most famous conditioning experiment "Little Albert." Later, he moved onto work for the William Esty Agency until he retired in 1945. After retiring, John lived on a farm in Connecticut until his death in 1958.
